Businesses suffer when good management practices stop working due to rapid, unpredictable changes. Companies that go through agile transformation can respond to these changes efficiently and with speed. These businesses put their focus primarily on the users, providing them with constant timely and quality value.
The agile approach puts individuals and interactions before processes and tools. No tool, or machine, can deliver results in a way that a well-trained agile team can. With this awareness, we leave the field of business dysfunction and enter the Age of Agile.
