He has helped with the adoption of Scrum and Agile at numerous companies, including Allstate, Awana Clubs, Capital One, Experian, Johnson & Johnson, Pearson, Rackspace, Sears, State Farm, TransCanada and USAA. Devon’s aim is to spark the mind that will change the world. He brings his broad range of experience to every training event and coaching session, so that you boost your performance when applying techniques. He holds the follow certifications – Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (American Society of Quality – CSSBB), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Villanova – LSSBB), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Professional (MBTI) and California Psychological Inventory 260 Professional (CPI 260).
